Was looking to make the switch but nothing came close to mint but at last landed on empower as the final choice for now! Pros: -They are free - Investment tracking (401k, ira, espp) - Unlimited account addition - Budget tracking (pretty limited for now) - All the connection works (fidelity too!) Cons: - Real time amount refresh takes forever - Ul is very basic for 2024 Its not the best but it's best Free !! Did you guys find any other free ones that can connect all kind of accounts?? PS Here's the comprehensive Google Sheet of 26+ apps compared with Mint I referred. http://tinyurl.com/Mint-alternative-analysis #personalfinance #investments #budgettracker #mint #financetracking
Thanks for the sheet! I am still on fences for choosing one and then change my mind and then go through the trouble of reconnecting all my accounts
I had setup ck after mint. So disappointed…
I use Rocket Money (formerly truebill) It's $3 dollars per month and does all that you expect a budgeting app to do. LPT: All budget tracking apps are notorious for selling your data. Add a California address and tell the rep that you moved and to make sure they comply with the ccpa law.
I’m on Monarch with no complaints. It’s paid but worth it to me. I love the rules system, I’m already barely in need of manual category adjustments (used to spend 5min a day on Mint fixing categories), all my accounts connect (like every single one of 28) and the reports are powerful - can see charts of all past years expenses and income. Super cool.
