How is life at the Arista Networks
I am a new grad, working at a network start up company. I recently saw a new grad software engineer position at arista networks. How is the life at the Arista networks? #arista
Worked there back in 2015-2017(so info might be completely wrong lmao), but honestly it still is the best place out of the 5 I've been at. Everyone is really smart(our team was like 2/3rd PhDs though) and super chill with no ego whatsoever. Also no PMs on the team, engineering pretty much drove the roadmap for features. Only downside IMO is probably the lack of comp, but would definitely take the role if you're ok with that
Life at Arista is great. Just like you, I was at a networking startup when I was a new grad.. it was Arista π I have nothing but amazing things to say about the people, culture, and WLB. Comp is another matter though..
Engineering culture is stronger at arista than google in my experience. I've only worked at the two companies.
