Check out this post! "Hertz dumping 20k Tesla vehicles (Misc.)" https://www.teamblind.com/us/s/a3i8Qdke
In my neck of woods Tesla used on their site 3k cheaper than Hertz. Must be a Cali thing.
It’ll cost more to replace the batteries in another 5 years
Plenty of data to prove otherwise. Tesla batteries degrade very slowly after the first year or so of use.
Lithium Ions are Lithium Ions, no matter what fancy sticker you put on it. Besides battery degradation is measured in charge cycles, not time. Don't be a fanboy.
All I see is tesla and hertz having the same blind rating
There’s one by me with 17k miles for $25,590, which would qualify for the used car tax credit. Seems like a good deal tbh.
wait you can claim 7.5k on used cars too?
Used is only for <25K
Karma for doing business with grifter Elon.
Who wants to buy those cars after Hertz basically broadcasted that they were beat up worst than any other rental cars?
Hertz is laying off 20000 cars?!
Layoffs are grim but for some reason this comment had me rolling 💀
Drivers who have no experience with EVs are not willing to try them out because of the unknowns. For example, they must be returned fully charged, but most folks don't know where to charge them.... or how.
I hard an option to choose between an EV and a Gas vehicle while traveling and I chose Gas of course because I did not have time to charge the EV!
Link?
At this mileage from rental the car will be trashed
