If You’re Paying Attention, Biden Just Told Us How Democrats Plan to Rig & Steal 2024 Election.
I recently got what appears to be a nice offer from Huawei in Bellevue. I am at 63 in Microsoft working on a technology that is hot at the moment. I feel underappreciated by my current management chain. Huawei came and without almost any effort on my side they made an offer for senior architect for what amounts for 35% more than my current salary. If I include the signing bonus , it pretty much amounts to a 56% increase. It's not something I can just ignore. Anyway, is it worth it? Especially if I am not Chinese. Alternatively, is this something good enough to use to negotiate my situation at Microsoft? It seems to me that even if it sucks , in one year I can try Google or Facebook and be on a much better position to negotiate.
Dont even bother if you’re not Chinese. I interviewed there - bad experience - could hardy understand what the interviewer was asking/saying.
Go!
Go!
Definitely worth it.
Your life will be more miserable but you will have more money
I wouldn't
If anything you can increase your worth when returning to Microsoft or the other companies.
Huawei ? You gotta ask yourself if you didn’t put in any effort
Chinese companies will always consider you an outsider - Corp culture is as odd as Jeff Bezos' Amazon
Good company. You will feel appreciated
