Broadway Technology?

Hi Guys, I am currently at Amazon SDE2 and received an offer from Broadway for Senior 2 role. Can you please help me making a decision: 1. Is Senior 2 role equivalent to SDE2 or Senior SDE 2. I am offered £151k cash + equities. Does this sound good? 3. I am not sure if I will be getting a promotion at Amazon. Should I wait for my promotion? 4.
