It’s approved in Korea. It’s approved in 32 or 33 countries already. It’s just UK that has an issue with it

Saw the same thing. Notice your source is Korean news. Their body happens to have same acronym as USA. So it’s true that FTC just gave approval but it’s the Korean FTC (which isn’t going to move the needle in the overall deal), not the US FTC.
