My Comcast internet has failed and still won't restart, and Comcast's earliest available appointment is October 5, with limited waitlist likelihood. Meanwhile, I need to work from home and my cell carrier plan isn't going to be enough for constant calls. Is something going on with Comcast? They also had no managers available to escalate to. I'm in the Bay and a customer for 17 years. Is now a good time to switch to another ISP?
