A couple of folks left my company to go to Guild, and one from Guild came to us. They seem well organized and have a lot of opportunities for growth.
OP, did this ipo move forward for you? Are you considering a position with them? I am across a position recently that looks interesting.

I agree. Did u find out about their comp structure? I doubt it is better then Amazon. Would u consider a role with them which is a level up.. with a 50% tc hike?

Just seeing the post, I’m interviewing for Data ops architect position. How is the growth in the engineering teams… apart from base salary is there a bonus component and 401K match. How are the benefits of the company. Please advice. Thanks

No info other than I use them at my company for reimbursement on tuition assistance. They are deeply woven into major companies as the PaaS for tuition assistance. Probably have a bright future.
