My FICO score is 703 and vantage 3.0 credit score is 750. Which is accurate and what should I consider regarding my credit score?
TC:140
California
Age of credit history: 1 year
#personalfinance#investments
What do you want to use the score for?
Neither are used for mortgages. Or more accurately the FICO used in mortgage lending isn't the one you have likely seen
Planning to finance my first car. Also wanted to get the score as close to 780 as possible for future loans if needed. For mortgages, I assumed they would use this score. still, the difference of the 47 score is something significant right
I think anything over about 740 on FICO will get you the best rate on a car loan.
Mortgages use a slightly different version of FICO but car loans will use something like the one you have.
