Anyone work ar cardinalcommerce? Visa bought them. How is it there? TC:75K
Cardinal is great! It’s nice having the visa brand as a backer, you get the same benefits and visa stock options. For me personally it’s a stepping stone in my young developer career but I don’t have anything bad to say about them.
So are you basically visa then? Like same upper leadership etc?
Cardinal has their own CTO/CEO but they’re under command of whatever visa wants
Great culture, easy to slack off but easy to excel and progress through initiative. You get out what you put in. Only downside I see from working here is the relatively lower comp when compared to other top companies.

All of the M+A purchased companies from Visa are seeing culture shift and staff bleeding. Cardinal doing better than most though.
Staff bleeding? Layoffs? Are they all part of visa now like same top leadership etc
