PagerDuty RSU program

Got an offer from pagerduty last week. Comp seems great but I am not sure if their RSU program pays out as cash or if you have the option to keep your equity after vesting. Anyone knows? :)

Thanks for the input. Good to know. My current employer pays RSUs out as cash upon vesting, which sucks and is the reason I ask.
