I've passed my interviews for L7 at Pinterest. They gave me some numbers, they mentioned there is no annual target bonus and the stock is over 4 years. Is this correct? I find it strange that they don't have target bonus!!!! Level: senior staff Base: 280 RSU over 4 years: 2M Sign on: 80K Is this typical? What is the max I can ask for base, RSU and sign on? I thought they changed the rsu geants to be 3 years instead of 4.
If op survives for 2 years, they have million dollar worth of RSUs. Depending on how their TC is at Amazon it may be worth it.

Is the RSU over 3 years or 4 years? I'm afraid recruiter has made a mistake and told me the wrong numbers.
