I do feel bad for companies like this though. Like they genuinely believed the COVID buying would continue indefinitely and they set goals to match that.
Every CEO that operates like that is an idiot and should be publicly bashed
That's almost every tech CEO. I can't think of a single company that didn't overhire due to COVID.
Their crisis is a reflection of high tech layoffs
I think consumer spending is just massively down
The real bike industry is also having a slump right now not just stationary bikes
I am very glad that I did not accept their offer
