Twilio is in a category with a lot of growth ahead. Better size. PayPal makes sense if you want to break into a company like Stripe later. No disrespect, but PP a little stale compared to Twilio.

For better growth and engineering culture, go twilio I would say. If interested in fintech space and want a good wlb with decent pay, then PayPal.

Come to PayPal to get into fintech and want to stay in it - from a pure play engineering perspective Twilio might be a better fit
