Why Worshipping Lord Ram Important in Hinduism?
Hi Blind Community, My wife and I commute to NYC twice a week for work and are currently searching for homes in the Woodbridge and Brunswick areas of NJ. As first-time home buyers who recently relocated from MA, we've noticed that home prices in this area are considerably higher and seem out of reach for us. Although our budget is in the mid $800s, we're uncertain if a 2,400 sq ft house from the 90s justifies the price tag of $800k or more. Currently, we're paying $3,300 for 1 bed in rent in Jersey City. We're torn between whether it's the right time to buy a house or if we should wait for the market to adjust. Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Coming from MA now in NJ, it's really sucks here. The property taxes are high and home insurances are going up double digits.
True, we miss MA : ( the only pro of living in NJ is that it’s closer to NYC
lol come to Bay Area and you will not even get a condo at that price
That’s why we’re not considering Bay Area : )
With that rent why buy
Yes, it makes sense now, but the question is for how long that’s the question
That commute is going to be MUCH longer. I hope you know that
We’re okay to commute up to 1 hour 30 mins for a suburbanite
I grew up in Middlesex township, it's really nice there, check out Edison and Metuchen, easy train access. Good luck!
Redfin link? We don’t know the cost breakdown
