Hi blinds, I have one offer in hand for data scientist position. Offered CTC is 34.5 LPA ( 27.5 base , 2.3L Retirals , bonus - 3.3 , stocks - 5000 usd/3 ). I have a introductory call scheduled with recruiter for the position of Machine Learning Scientist -2. Does expedia can make the better offer than this ? If yes, how much number I can quote ? This is max for K level pretty much in base , there's not any scope. that 3.3 lac bonus would be joining bonus not yearly since eg has no bonus. Stocks suck for you , usually for k level stocks are 18k/4 . But I'm quoting for sde 2 role and yours is a different role maybe that's why the difference.
Yes, I have offer from Visa. They don’t pay much in stocks.
In my call with the recruiter, Expedia recruiter has mentioned his budget as 35LPA for ml scientist 2

I was underpaid already so seeing in terms of percentage does not make much sense
