YOE: 10 months Location Seattle Base 135k Sign on 30k + 20k Stock 25 shares Tc 168k for first year I think it looks good for less than 1 year experience stock is low but who knows if I could stay for more than 2 years It’s actually a kind of hard decision. my current team at Gs really sucks. It hurt my mental health so i don't want to stay here for one more day. But I’ve heard about the culture at Amazon... Couldn’t finish other interviews before Amazon deadline and also not pretty confident to get offers from other companies. It’s not easy to look for opportunities with less than 1 year experience. A couple of my peers at Goldman who joined as new analyst last July have left the firm... I guess I’ll take it. Update: negotiated. Sign on was raised by 5k each year. Accepted it. Gonna experience the real Amazon culture 😃
Just tiny bit higher base than new grad offer, it looks very good IMHO. Take it

Took me 15 years in the Midwest to reach that TC. Congrats dude. However, Amazon has a really bad reputation for its toxic culture. If you can get into GS and Amazon you can likely get in just about any tech place. Maybe try a smaller place.
Use amazon as an entry point to tech, then run away to better companies in future.
