DocuSign: Worst interview experience
I recently received an oral offer from DocuSign, negotiated for three days, and then reached an agreement with HR. I was expecting an offer letter when I was abruptly called to interview with a VP again with only 15 minutes notice. During the interview, the VP asked me some random questions, checked his phone and smiled when I was answering, and on the same day I got a rejection. 👿 I'm not sure what the aim or motivation behind that was, but it seems pretty creepy . The HR himself was shocked while sharing the news and apologized! #productmanager #docusign

It’s the company not you. The place is currently a dumpster fire with regards to leadership (or lack thereof).
Just another position that they create for their buddies but they have to have some “real” candidates to make the process sound “fair”.
Sorry buddy. I used to defend DocuSign on this area so far because of the good experience I had. But recently all of my referrals have been disrespectful treated. I spoke to a manager and he said out of 1000+ applicants recruiters hardly send 10 or 20 for interviews. The whole thing is messed up. When I ping recruiters for updates, they ghost even me. :) And this VP you speak about, is it a VP or a GVP?

Why is Docusign a mess right now exactly? I keep hearing this but no real reasons
All leadership turned over in the last year and it’s all a bunch of new idiots who think they’re awesome
But how does that affect your day to day work? Other than perks being taken away I’ve been hearing and stock price tanking, what are things that have changed day to day?
