SF Motors - review
Hi. Anyone from SF Motors here? The company seems promising but the reviews on Glassdoor are really really bad. I am planning to join the powertrain team. All suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

1.5 yr. But using different software tools n not in automotive.
Terrible place to work at.
If you are not Chinese (from China) they will treat you like a second class citizen here. There is very obvious favoritism that affects salaries, promotions, and project assignments. The favorites can get away with anything including sexual harassment. They will try to sell you on the fact that it is a Silicon Valley startup but it's a Chinese automotive subsidiary. If you have options I would honestly stay away. The culture here is extremely bad borderline illegal. FYI most of the Glass door reviews are legit except for the obvious 5 star ones, those are from HR.

Agreed. Best to stay away from all the Chinese owned EV startups.
