What are US and EU TC ranges for SWEs of 1-3 yoe?
Could push 150-200 on cash. There’s also equity and for some, variable, depending on your package. There’s a potential to push that salary band even higher for the right talent

Snap does suck - totally agreed Here are some ballpark estimates not including equity, variable or other sign on bonuses (not an engineer so have to pry a little more). Senior: 130-165k+ cash comp principal: 165-200k+ cash Salaries can be pushed even higher if you’re bringing an awesome package

What is expected TC for Swe with 10+ yoe in Europe?
What’s your current comp now? If you go for principal, the upper ceiling is probably well over 100k
It’s 90k with 12 yoe.
Interested in PM opening. Do they sponsor visas for international candidates especially from India? Saw this on the job description "Please note, that although you can work remotely for Showpad, you must be based in one of the following countries: Belgium, United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, France or The Netherlands" . Can you clarify
What to clarify? You must be living in these countries (be citizen or have permit to live/work).
You need to be able to start in one of those countries. What you do after joining us up to you and your team/manager, as long as you set expectations
