Day1 CPT JPMorgan Chase

Anyone knows if Chase accept day1 CPT(direct hire)? My spouse is working as a banker for BOFA and his company is not willing to do paper work for day1 cpt. Want to know if Chase does that so he can start interviewing for different role. Please guide.#finance
