Sephora - Director and Sr Analytics Manager compensations
Hello Sephora Brethren and Sistren, I am planning to apply for Sr Analytics manager or Director roles . Can you please let me know the estimates for the same ? I have heard that Sephora numbers are on the lower side ? For senior manager , is it 120 with 26% bonus and no stock ? Is it believable ? What about for director role? Thanks

Its hard to say so, leadership is very bad, lack of experience and they are more like dictators (not all but most of the key people)
