Virtu Financial Coding Test
Is it worth spending almost 2 hours on the coding test given by virtu financial before any phone screen or any chat/call with HR/Recruiter ? Applied on their website and got an email later in the week to take the coding test. Looking for some inputs on wlb, culture, compensation etc. Domain - Hardware Can’t provide any more info than this. @virtu @hft #tech
Did you get any idea about how the company is? In a similar situation but thinking of not doing it. Seems like terrible WLB, pay is not as good as other competitors and bonuses are low.
