Future colleagues from Juniper, how is the response about the news in the company?
Acquisitions are never good for employees but an HPE/Juniper merger is a natural fit. The new organization should compete well with Cisco.
As of now, people are unsure of the future. Management believes the future is great for Juniper and for employees we are unsure.
The layoffs will rock the industry.
It will only rock the employees
OP How is the response at HPE
Everyone is asked to complete this year’s goal as if nothing is changing. There were some concerns raised in the team about possibility of layoffs and HPE taking big loan to complete this acquisition. But managers are as usual clueless.
+1
I recently accepted offer from HPE. Should I be concerned about this merger impacting my job offer? I have had an offer rescinded previously during the UBS/Credit Suisse merge.
Which Org? And position?
Cloud Engineer with Greenlake Platform
Green lake is safe
What happened aruba? Do they operate seperately as it was or integrated into HPE levels/grades?
It's integrated long back Levels and products but just the brand name is maintained for products
How about Mist employees? Any news on product merger / integration?
Bad, there will be massive layoffs
