Activision Blizzard Marketing

I was outreached by a recruiter to talk about a marketing role, but curious to know any marketers there that can provide a range for salary with 5 YOE? Online shows a range of pay bands. Also, would love to know what you like/dislike about working there. I currently started a new internal role at Amazon, but still am interested in Blizzard.
