How is the culture at Airtel xLabs? Any insights? Is it a good company to join?
What is the tech stack at gurgaon? Will it be a bad idea to come to Airtel to chill for some time after Amazon on resume.
Super bad, and don’t expect to chill I used to get calls at 2 in the night from my manager to check things, had to work on weekends to every now and then because of deadlines and priorities. Airtel is under tough competition for telco and dth business, any good idea that management feel might help the business has to be implemented at the earliest, thus deadlines are super thin and work environment super competitive. People got pipped too for missing deadlines (at both senior and junior levels)
Tech stack is solely team dependent (some have pretty good, some have super old)
Can you confirm location? Culture and tech both are bad at Gurgaon office. Most teams work on non-cloud monolithic stack.
