Working at NIO?
Does anyone work at NIO HQ in the US? What's the wlb like? Is company outlook pretty bleak as of now?
In order for there to be WLB you have to have work....that being said, it’s great!
They laid off many and business is suffering after costs of recalls in china

NIO is one of the easiest companies to get hired into. People write horrible code. Workflows suck. Program managers are horrible. Incompetent people end up as senior managers and get fired eventually or drive their entire teams to the ground. Technical managers are almost all exclusively non-technical (in many cases they were program managers in previous jobs). If you are good looking, you can aspire to be in middle or upper management, provided you are technically incompetent. Many former technicians at Tesla have ended up as Veeps or better. You think you can compete with that FFLucidByton?
