Walmart interview process and levels

They skipped the recruiter call for some reason, and immediately booked an hour with a director, principal, and senior manager. This is a senior manager role. Is this typical for them? Also interested in how their levels compare to Amazon’s, if anyone knows.

That's why. If it was 2y at Amazon, then they'd not fast track you. 8y demonstrates continuous performance at or above bar.
