Humana WLB?
Got an offer from Humana for a TC of 185k. What is the work life balance, my current gig is very low stress but lower TC. #humana
Whats the role you got offered ? And Tc breakdown please. I started at Humana an year ago. My experience has been awesome. Great culture, teammates, wlb is chill. Ofcourse there are some things you wish were different but pros weigh more than cons. Did you end up joining ?

Tech Azure related. Why run.
Static compensation, no upward mobility, and most management is wildly unqualified. Worked on the azure transition directly and it was a mess from day 1. They make it look good from the outside, but employee turnover is enormous.
