From an outsider perspective, the landscape of enterprise AI holds some promises and with the recent switch to an usage-based model seems to bring the firm more in line with its financial interests. I am curious about how insiders think about the company, in terms of company prospect, WLB, and morale (given the stock price)? Gonna come in as a data scientist, like to know more about the type of problem it is taking on and what industry landscape looks like in a few years. Any insights are appreciated #tech #c3ai #c3 #datascience

Is Trump the best person to vote for if you're pro Palestine?
It's a bunch of hype from Thomas Siebel - not to mention the employees who work there are arrogant.
I’ve been at C3 for about six months now. It’s definitely a high pressure environment that’s not for everyone, but I don’t understand the negativity it brings on Blind. Not to mention, individual contributor roles like data science and engineering are really well protected. The company has about three years of cash on hand to weather the storm. Relative to other companies, we are doing well and have a positive outlook with tons of potential. I’d bet C3 will be profitable long before Snap and most fintech or social media platforms. The people are awesome, all really really smart and willing to help and work hard. You’re a DS who made it through the rounds and that’s insanely rare. Props to you and youll be treated like royalty in C3. Most other companies DS is looked upon lower than engineering. The drop in stock price sucks but all companies are down right now. At $10 a share/$1.2 B market cap the stock has an insanely high growth potential.
Too much Kool aid. Company down 93% in last 2 years. Company never been profitable. Workers were forced to work during covid.
@yEtw43, I appreciate your direct insights. Could you elaborate on the high pressure env, as where the pressure is coming from (meeting deadline/peer or manager/client satisfaction)?
The Wlb thing is being worked on... We do not have enough engineers but are getting into hiring a lot now..
But culture is shit I have heard. Plenty of cos have wlb but c3 has very bad execs and a hyper managing ceo
Make sure to join before they get delisted from NYSE. Company dropped 93% from ATH
