I am on H1B, Sephora (Remote opportunity with in US) starts perm process after six months and Rivian( On-site Opportunity) does immediately. Current TC : 130K Location: Bay Area #offers

Dang. Wasted few seconds of my life opening this post. We know you signed offer from Rivian as a no-brainer but you should still keep looking for TC lesser than bofa.

What's the point of this post? You want lesser salary and no immediate perm process?
I would suggest you to go with Rivian, because they do the pump process right away, and also higher pay, there was a big future for the electric EV, especially Rivian. By the way what’s your tech stack
Recession expected to hit at the last quarter of 2024 so I wouldn’t suggest you to wait any longer in your perm process.

Think long term, rivian is bleeding money. Pick stability BoA for recession time

Yes stability also one concern as recently was in laid off from my ex company.
