Given all the scrutiny the company is being given from the U.S. government, I'm curious as to how that's impacting the company's customers and whether or not those customers have had any particular discussions about what, if any, action to take.

Been off Blind for a while. Just saw this. I work for a fairly large MSP in Boston. We had been dissatisfied with Kaspersky AV for a while and had been moving away from it slowly but after the US Government decision we accelerated that process. I don't think we have any clients running KAV anymore. Maybe a small percentage. We migrated most to Cylance.
Hey, if you don't mind me asking, what was wrong with KAV?

Performance and stability problems on servers and workstations for one. But one of the biggest headaches for us was the cumbersome process you had to go through if someone's disk encryption was tripped and their password wasn't being accepted. BitLocker is just sooooo much easier to deal with. Also, definition-based antivirus solutions are largely ineffective these days.
