Just received a verbal offer from Toast for a Senior PM Role. Is this in line with they offer or is this too low? Base: 160k Bonus: 10% Stocks: 50k vested over 4 years (50/4 every year) New TC: 188.5k Current TC: 150k
What team? Wlb is very team dependent
What team has the best WLB?
Is this for SF area or remote?

I would not leave BoFA for Toast with just 38K hike, if I already made my presence and network in BoFA, also working in bank is more wlb than companies like these.
So toast has a bad WLB ?
