Oracle New Grad Offers
What are new grad offers like for Oracle outside OCI? On levels fyi the OCI offers are strong for new grads (~190k), wondering if it's the same for rest of Oracle, in particular Oracle NetSuite. OCI/non-OCI new grad offers are all same. 130k base 3000 rsus 30k bonus 10k relocation. This is for IC2 (Master’s degree). IC1 (bachelors) might be about 5-10k less.
OCI and Non OCI new grad offers are pretty similar. It’s the salary growth which differs a lot in OCI.
For me it was nearly 210k first year, 185k after After stock drop though it went down
