Uber or Plangrid?

Pay: Plangrid has way higher base (higher than what I got from other offers like Google, Airbnb, etc) while Uber pays really poorly with a bunch of RSU which is still like fake money to me. Location: Uber in Seattle; Plangrid in SF Others are pretty similar besides Plangrid seems to have kinder people and better culture. I really want to move to SF but the job at Uber seems more interesting. Would like to get some advice. Thanks a lot!
