Hi everyone! I hope you are all doing well, I have been giving quite a few interviews lately: 1. Booking presented with a Business Case where an ML System was to be designed. 2. TikTok had a replica of Glassdoor interview i.e Merge K Sorted Lists and Reverse a LinkedList. 3. FarFetch had Valid Anagram in the interview. 4. Yandex had Edit Distance (LC Hard) [2d DP] 5. Gelato had Climbing Stairs [1d DP] Now, I have an interview in Roku for which I am gearing up my prep to the max and intend to give my best. I would love to know if there can be any crumbs offered to the poor soul that is me :p What was your experience like? What is usual in the first round, what topic for LC should I practice most? Backtracking/Arrays & Hashmap? etc. Any pointers would do a great deal for me. Thank You! #data #datascience #mlinterview #roku #mle #machinelearning
1, 3 and 5 sound like reasonable questions but the other two are overkill. Asking lc hard is so dumb.
Right??? I don't even understand where they find the guts to do this in the first technical round of an ML/DS role!! And yes, Booking and FarFetch were one of my best experiences as a candidate.
how was the Roku process? what topics are usually asked for ML recommendation role. something that would help the community
Current company?
Currently I am an MS student, just about to submit my thesis though so looking actively for a job in UK which operates in Recommendation heavy role. As for the company, its a contract based role from a singaporean company.
