Any TC/yoe or offer numbers for SWE at PDT? How are SWEs treated over there?
Depends on role and YOE. Transitioning out of FAANG you can expect to be making 1 level up. Comp grows much quicker once you're hired. True for most HFs
Good luck getting any info. Although word on the street is that it's OK. Better than madhouses like Citadel.
