How is their engineering culture and WLB like? How is the on call load like? Are engineers treated like resources and data points like at A,A,F? How stable is the business? For 6 years of experience and FAANGM, mid 300s TC at SFIX seems ok but not top of market
What was the title/level for your friend's role?
Better eval is whether SFIX will survive Covid. If you ask me, I will say no with 30M unemployed. I may be biased though ..🤭
