Doordash E4 400k+?
I'm seeing some insane numbers on levels fyi for Doordash E4, for Seattle and Austin, like 498k and 463k? I have a call in 1.5 hours to discuss my Doordash Results so I wanted to see what the community thinks, is top of band for Doordash E4 in Seattle

It turned out to be a results call saying that they want to move forward to team matching. The Recruiters said the initial TC numbers should be like 270k. Sadly no 450k E4 for me 😅
Yes that sounds normal, same as Amazon unless you’ve got competing offers. Maybe they are offering 400+ to senior level candidates(E5) with downlevel
Filter by “new offers only”. There’s nothing over 345 for E4 in the last year.

I’ve got an offer from DoorDash few days ago the initial one was 270k then negotiate until 320k which they said is the maximum and they cannot do anything above. I’m having multiple competing offers as well
how did you feel all ur interviews went? i felt 3 of mine went well but 1 wasn’t as good. do i have a shot or no
I think they went pretty well. System Design and behavioral are hard to judge though. Your guess is as good as mine for your case, so all I can say is 'Good Luck'
