Salary range at Truist for Software Engineer III
Hi, I have a final round with Truist in Atlanta, GA for Software Engineer III position. Any pointers on the Salary range offered for this role? YOE: 8 TC: 80K 🥜

Yes please, it's in Atlanta. I don't know exactly where in Atlanta yet. Stable as in, are they laying off?
Still trying to map this to a job code I'm familiar with, but, yes, we've been doing major layoffs and restructuring. A major round in November, and just had a major round, first week of January. A third (and possibly) final round is rumored for February or March. Those targeted depend heavily on the business unit. $300 million in savings for labor costs, alone, was announced to shareholders, around September. Obviously this has manifested mostly in job cuts, but also reduced benefits (lowered 401k matching, so far). Some areas of the bank are extemely toxic right now, that's why I'm asking if you might have any idea on the line of business.
I think it's for the Risk line of business, they did mention that they have started a AWS cloud migration journey. Any idea what is the ball park Salary range for this role?
They are hiring for a lead azure platform engineer are they migrating to azure or is this a different team?
SE3 is a 111 grade which means 18% target bonus. I don’t have the salary range accessible now. But it’s pretty wide. Base salary for you should probably be in the low 100’s but I know some SE3s who make upwards of 150 base. They do tend to have 15/20 years of experience though.
low 100s for op’s yoe? That’s offensively low. Im guessing theres not much talent there?
