The bad decision of over hiring due to miscalculations in their projections. Where is karma? Should I assume there’s no karma? I’m serious. Coz if there’s no karma, as is evident, let’s kill our conscience and resort to unethical and immoral means to make money. Why the f does the world preach karma when there’s none in a capitalist society.
No one can predict the future and you have to adapt as rates change. You cannot fight the fed. Ceos have a legal responsibility to shareholders to manage the business. Running a good business is not immoral.
Clearly you’ve never been laid off.
How's that? Layoffs are a bummer but a normal part of the business cycle. It sucks for those impacted but creates opportunities too. Extra empathy for those ok a work visa but that's part of the deal. Not sure what the alternative would be? Steady growth is always the goal but real life is more boom/bust.
Feel free to go to a socialist country.
Only who suffers knows the pain. Count your blessings.
You ever eat half a meal per day? Or poor to a point you can’t afford to shower with hot water in the winter when it’s close to freezing? And lived in a single room with 5 others while working 12+ hours a day? How about being on the brink of taken away all you have by a socialist dictatorship ? What about living with your entire family in a single 8sqft room in a house that leaks and shared by 20 others while a single person working minimum wage job? Good luck spoiled baby

Please accept Indians. I can’t go back. 🇺🇸🙏
FWIW, Karma does not work like that.
Clearly you’ve never been laid off
