Blue Cross $1.9 Billion Settlement
Been receiving correspondence regarding Blue Cross that we are eligible for settlement. Any idea at individual level what amount to expect? Also, what rights am I giving away accepting settlement? Have got multiple unique claim IDs, assuming one for very period that I was enrolled with Premera. So will settlement value be at individual or individual per insured period? I received the same thing too. The last time I sent in the paperwork for a similar class action lawsuit the settlement payout was $12.50, that I had to report on my taxes. More hassle than it was worth.
Yes Cisco, $12.50. The only people that make out in class action lawsuits are the lawyers.
