I'm getting passed up by HMs when they look at my resume. Did I hob jobs or work in different technologies too frequently? Let me know
Just start over or hire someone else to write it for you for a few hundred bucks. I paid someone at My PM Fit for mine. The first few years out of college determine your earning potential and career trajectory so there’s no reason to shoot yourself in the foot because you’re a poor resume writer. I don’t get why people are so proud of writing their own resumes… you’re an engineer not a writer.

I don't know your current company but I'd assume autonomous vehicle companies would be big name enough to help you... But your bullets are sort of poorly worded. "Advocated for" is what gets read but really you want to emphasize "Planned and executed a major migration" type of point there. Same for "created full stack solution" you should be emphasizing the result first "reduced onboarding an average of 75% / x days or weeks, by implementing ..."
I don't think any name on my resume could help me (it's not Tesla or any cool car company just a regular Big 3 Automotive Company). I appreciate the feedback though, I'll implement it.
