How do TI engineering levels correlate to other companies? 24, 26, 28, etc? Eng 1, Eng 2, senior, etc? Years of experience for each level? Pay range? At what level does RSU start? Individual performance bonus? TC: 82k #semiconductor #texasinstruments #processengineersalary
24 is junior 0-3 YOE, 26 is 3-7 YOE, 28 is typically 7+ and can stay that way your entire career. 29 is 1st level of manager or subject matter expert, 30, 31,32 are just higher levels of each
Do you know the general or rough pay ranges? And are there level specific benefits?
What role and location? That’ll change the TC a lot. Typically RSUs kick in around JG28, but they gave all 24&26 15k last year (0% 0% 0% 100%) so it’s almost laughable.
