24 is junior 0-3 YOE, 26 is 3-7 YOE, 28 is typically 7+ and can stay that way your entire career. 29 is 1st level of manager or subject matter expert, 30, 31,32 are just higher levels of each

What role and location? That’ll change the TC a lot. Typically RSUs kick in around JG28, but they gave all 24&26 15k last year (0% 0% 0% 100%) so it’s almost laughable.
