I had my onsite (including leadership) round last to last week. Recruiter had mentioned overall positive feedback from manager and wanted to move to the next steps like expected comp details etc. Yet to have Tc discussion. In addition to this the recruiter mentioned they are waiting for collective feedback from HM to officially process things. This was last week. So far the recruiter has been responsive but now this seems to kind of repeat replies. Is this normal or should I read this differently ? Since I have heard they take their own sweet time as in the post below [Blind] Check out this post! You need another offer and give them a deadline to force their hand
Currently don't have a competing offer. Was not actively looking for change. Should I directly check with recruiter if they are waiting for other candidates?
Nah, don't do that. You'll appear weak. Just keep interviewing until apple gives the offer. You can always abandon interviews if the apple offer is good
Which team?
Op how long you wait to get the positive feedback after onsite?
Classic Apple. They stall forever to get the right candidate for the role.
Should I expect anything positive out of this or is it already too delayed ?
@Amazon do recruiters normally do this or hiring managers?
