In early stage interviews with Niantic and was wondering everyone’s thoughts on them. They recently raised $245M at a $4B valuation...
Do it.
They have a lot of crowdsourced data that few other companies can compare. This puts them in a very strong position
Data that hasn't yet been hit by scandal or regulatory pressure, too!
They have a really cool culture and very strong leaders. No politics, and beautiful view and office. Their office is also so central to public transportation that it's easy to get to. They're working on interesting problems and games that have high visibility. I just finished their interview process, waiting on an offer now.
How is the compensation there? Competitive with FB or Google?
Awful company. Can’t recommend it to anyone in good conscience.
Would love to hear more about this as well.
Growing crazy with 88% YOY growth in revenue. John hanke and Phil Keslin are proven leaders. Ex-Google team. Free food. Cool benefits. Great comp. Mulling IPO in 3-4 years. These are the reason I am joining it.
So how did that work out for you?
