Nice raise. Why wouldn't you join HBO? Is it just the role or you think you can make more elsewhere? The hbo seems heavy on cash which is nice, but what's their refresher policy and other benefits look like?
Only cash. No stocks. No other benefits comparable to Microsoft.
Did you put a dollar amount against those missing benefits yet? This seems like something a 64 could figure out on their own 😉 The lack of refresher policy or lack of equity comp concerns me, but typically companies that pay in cash just give you fat bonuses. So what's the concern actually?
