Hey there, I work at JioSaavn, Mumbai and a senior software engineer. I can tell you few things. You'll have a good work-life balance. The quality of your work depends on the team you are joining. Again the tech stack you use depends on the team. Teams are like Data, AI, Search, Backend etc. Growth inside company is good, dependent on your work and dedication. Overall it's a good company for freshers.

Oh okay And I also wanted to ask whether Esops are useful here or is it that it's just paper money?

Right now I think it's only paper money. But they might be useful in case of IPO in future

Check Glassdoor reviews for last 1 year I also had an offer from them for Sr SW Eng, but after going through the reviews it didn't seem good. So skipped it. Work definitely seems good, even talked to a person currently working over there, but rest of the things mentioned in the reviews is pretty much true

Yeah I did. Looks like the management isn't as good. There were some reviews about low compensation/benefits which makes me wonder because the compensation they are paying rn to a fresher(me) looks decent. Don't think a lot of companies pay that base amount to freshers

I have a rough estimate on pay structure across levels, which is hella weird It's around 6 months old, but should give an idea I can share on DM
