Citibank Interview
I had 2nd round of interview with Citibank last Tuesday. Hiring manager said I'll receive an update last week, I have also mailed them yesterday but haven't heard back. Does that mean a rejection?
Citi is unorganized af. Probably just didn’t communicate with the recruiter properly
Don’t put hopes on one job, apply multiple.. If you are not hearing anything back from recruiter in 2 weeks, they are considering other candidates..I agree Citi is unorganized., and mostly hire internal candidates. Unless you have a strong referral..
Lots of contractor conversion or internal moves. Are you a developer? If yes they will come back else..
Not necessarily, sometimes takes some time for recruiter to get back to you. There may be value in a followup thank you as a subtle nudge

Twice in the past three months I have had HM interviews. Crickets afterwards. The coordinator and the HR person copied on the scheduling emails are worthless.
