95k is too low for current real estate market in Portland. Are you working in Amazon from any contracting firm? I doubt if Amazon pay that low.
No its fulltime with amazon . For CSE this is the actual range they are paying in portland or any other place across US
Sorry to say, You'll hardly save anything with 95K household income in Portland. Try negotiating with Amazon. Never rely on EAD, that might end anytime.

Give a try, you can start the conversation saying - you just got to know the real estate market and expenses in this location.. Also Beaverton/Hillsboro has decent schools with much cheaper and new apartments offering a free month on lease. If you're buying a home, look for polygon new town homes in Bethany, they're going for somewhat lower prices.
